sticky at first application but soon after that goes away. did give me a cooling sensation. i noticed that the areas i put this on felt much more smoother than the areas i didnt put it on. great for people with bumps, dry skin, or redness. i put this on more than once throughout the day to make sure there isnt any flakiness around the face after i put on my foundation.
