Product Description

 Coco Joy Coconut oil is an edible oil extracted from the kernel or meat of matured coconuts harvested from the coconut palm. It has various applications in food, industrial methodologies and medicine. Because of its high saturated fat content, it is slow to oxidize and, thus, resistant to rancidification, lasting up to 2 years without spoiling. With its high smoking point, coconut oil can be used at very high temperatures without becoming unstable and oxidising in the body. Use coconut oil instead of butter, olive oil, vegetable oil or margarine in recipes, for baking, frying and more. Coconut oil contains short-term medium-chain saturated fatty acids that stimulate the body's metabolism, and increase the activity of the thyroid.
