Great product. very high quality of material . i would recommend this to anyone wanting to help their own posture or just want to continue to fix their bad posture. whichever comes first. i cannot stress how high quality this product is. the material is soft but very sturdy. the bottom portion is a belt like band that one can adjust depending how much they can handle. This product forces your body to sit up straight which is a very good thing. This helped me out because i have the bad habit of lounging back into my seat( i tend to hunch over alot. )
