i was actually surprised that this actually worked. i didnt expect much but i figure why not give it a go. in the past i have always been searching for the next best thing. anything to take off my college weight off. nothing has seemed to work. so i went ahead and gave this a try. at first you will not notice big results. But after a week, you start to notice you fitting into clothes that you hadnt in a while. everyones body is different so this may not happen to you in a week or you may start to loose inches faster. keep in mind that my first three days, i still ate the junk food. on my fourth day i went cold turkey and added water and veges to my diet. i also added some walking and less tv watching for me. Now i am not claiming this is a miracle pill but it will help out some. i didnt have any heart issues , nor did i feel extra warm(like with most fat burners). for men i highly recommend add this pill with the elite man. my husband cant stop raving on those. but thats a different story.
