Organic Turmeric Complex with BioPerine® #Helixhealthstore

i like that it comes with enough capsules to last me 10 days(i take turmeric atleast once a week). i just wish the milligrams were 1000mg.(the capsules are only 500mg.) since i suffer from inflammation i make sure and take atleast 5000 mg(in total) every other morning to help combat boils , illness, and anything that may hurt my immune system.
