i wished this book would have gotten straight into the recipes. There is a few pages on how to buy good food and not processed food. So if your looking into a large book about all of that info, this may not be it(bc that part was short). The words are easy to read.The recipes look really easy to follow. especially for a gal like me that does not know how to cook but comes from a household/generations of great cooking women. The only thing that is missing are the pictures.
This book did come with some pictures but not enough. PLEASE ADD more pictures. This book tells you everything you need to know when it comes to making the right choices when buying food. Even though alot of the information is nothing new that hasnt been said over the past decade, it is still a good book to have on hand for reference.
