Good book and it was a quick read too. The only downfall to this, is that their were zero pictures. Being that I learn through seeing pictures aswell, it would have been nice to see a picture or two. Even with atleast one, on each page would have been enough. Also I expected, to get into the recipes right away, not until the very end of the book. So if its recipes you want, then skip all the way to the back. To the authors get rid of all the talk about green smoothies and get to the chase.
This book is well priced and is a good start for those wanting to get on the juicing train or restart your health journey. Good for people that can only stick to greens as part of their blood type diet.
