I was very happy that they had images on them. Problem is I wanted more. I felt like there was not enough images. As a person reading a cookbook I would like to be able to visualize what I am about to make. As far as the info goes, I felt that in the beginning the book was trying to convert me into becoming a vegetarian. Not that its a bad thing, I would rather stick to my eating habits and just cook the recipes.
The first chapters are to educate people on the advantages of being a vegetarian(even though I felt as it was somewhat more opinionated than not).
Recipes are easy to follow, even for people like me that cannot cook for the life of them. Just add more pics guys.
