I enjoyed this formula because it did not make me go to the bathroom as( if i had some type of diarrhea.) Does help with those needing to get their system cleaned, detoxed, or for anyone having trouble going to the bathroom. Does not give one, cramping or bloating prior to the bathroom. Completely takes away bloating and any signs of fatigue that may come from not being able to go to the bathroom.
