A couple of weeks ago I was sent some FREE videos on Krav Maga. For those of you , who have no idea what that is, Its a form of special type of Israeli fighting. I was sent these videos and was surprised to learn that the man in the video made the moves so easy, that even a grandma can do them. What was the best part was that the man had an extra window opened up , in which he is explaining why he is moving a certain way and ways on how to be effective and not hurt yourself(or others when practicing. Over all , i give this guy, the maker, narrator, and company an A+++.
